What flowers can I put in my hanging basket at this time of year?
I bought some hanging baskets in May but all the flowers are more or less dead now as I didn’t water them enough. What sort of flowers can I put in them now that will last a while?

I am planning my new garden but want flowers and plants in bloom all year round. I want the garden to look pretty whatever the time of year.
I have a peace lily (indoor) that I split in the spring. It’s healthy but has not flowered this year. Why?
I split the original plant last spring by simply cutting it in half and repotting into new soil/compost. The two plants are both healthy and continually send out new leaves, but neither has flowered this year. What can I do to help them flower?

It wasn’t until after I cut them that I read that they should be left so that the nutrients go back into the bulbs ready for the following year

They flowered beautifully in the summer & I would like them to self seed & come back next year. But they are brown and dying off, can I cut them down to the ground without killing them?
