Who Has Flowers Delivered To Funeral Home When There Is A Death In Family.?

My grandpap just passed away yesterday, and his funeral will be held this Saturday. I automatically wanted to have flowers delivered to the funeral home. Is this appropriate? Am I suppose to have flowers delivered, or is this something just friends of the family members do?

my new boyfriend is so sweet, he sends me flowers everyother week. I want to keep them in good condition, but its really tiring to change the vase water everyday, and sometimes i dont really have alot of time for that.
