Can I nominate a delivery date? The logistics of managing a high volume of subscriptions makes it impossible to offer nominated day delivery. However we will email you before we send each delivery and you can track your subscription deliveries. You’ll find that your deliveries arrive at roughly the same time every quarter. Remember you can choose a home or work delivery address and you can skip a delivery if you know you’re going to be away. What if I am out when my wine arrives? If you’re out, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe place to leave your wine. If they cannot find a safe place, your delivery will be returned to the depot.
